拉格朗日计算，使用负载平衡后，reconstruct合成数据报错

在拉格朗日计算时，使用了org最新的负载平衡功能，但是不能合成数据，一合成就报错

在controlDict中将writeFormat ascii; 改为 binary; 不会报错。。。。

@李东岳 是的李老师，这确实像是个bug。前几天我在OpenFOAM Issue Tracking提问了，可能没描述清楚，直接给我删了。刚刚debug发现改写出格式可以避免合成拉格朗日数据错误。

@李东岳 李老师，还想请教下，一般你推荐使用binary还是ascii？binary好像存储更小，读取更快，但vim等直接没法看

调试的时候用ascii，跑算例用binary。如果网格几十万以上，binary会小非常多
