    最近在Centos上编译Openfoam,发现是真的难……
    花了三天看到底怎么编译,终于在自己的Ubuntu编译明白了
    求问有没有大佬在centos7上有成功的使用经验?
    还得使用slurm来跑Case,目前of8是编译好了但是没法跨节点计算,还想用of2006的PETSc,一直编译不上……

    @shepherd 谢谢!Openfoam Wiki上有of8的编译方式,我照着那个编译好了,of7也编译过,但是不知道为啥超过一定核数就没法计算,把of安装在root下还会有有的东西调用不成功的情况。目前主要是想再编译一下ESI的2006版本,把PETSc用在计算里边,之后还得实现一下跨节点的计算。

    @veen 从源码编译of是个挺痛苦的事情,建议不把of安装在root,可以考虑试一试easybuild,它是基于module的环境管理,应该比较成熟了。我从0开始,最开始在PC上面编of-3.0,到后来在实验室的机群上home编译of-4.0, foam-extend等等,多版本的管理用module还是方便些。印象中,gcc(如果你用gcc的话)和mpi的版本很重要。
