    各位大神,请教网格划分的问题。
    如图,公称通径相同的圆柱和半球体,属于绝对相切,间隙处网格质量很差,角度无限接近零,在不改变模型基础上,如何划分网格?

    不改变模型这种没办法处理,只能把那个角改成两个直角

    试过很多方法,确实没法通过网格划分进行处理,非结构网格也不行;
    目前使用的办法是在不改变圆柱和球体公称通径情况下,把角度很小那一部分切除掉,人工做出间隙,这样模型几乎没有变化,而且可以计算,跟您说的办法原理相同。
