@队长别开枪 或者在WM_PROJECT_DIR/wmake/rules/General目录下面新建一个CGAL文件，文件名全大写，文件内容就一句：include $(GENERAL_RULES)/cgal。我个人倾向这个方法，可以解决潜在的其他的兼容性问题。
